“Rock ’n’ Roll AD” takes the audience on a wild ride as Roy gets his band together for one last tour and then is diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s disease. Roy’s unbreakable spirit, sense of humor, and irreverent attitude allow him to continue the tour and learn how to live with the disease.
“Rock ‘n Roll AD,” is the ninth original musical presented by the Time of Your Life Players in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association. It is directed by Avrum Krause with music by Michael Evans and lyrics by Lauren Krause.
There are 12 original songs ranging from rock ‘n’ roll, to ballads.
The cast will be available for a post-show discussion after each performance, to be led by representatives from the Alzheimer’s Association.
